Enter my bhayu (brother) — who casually whipped up these zucchini rolls one day while I bombarded him with skeptical questions from the sidelines. I was watching, judging, questioning every step… until the rolls were ready.
And let me tell you — I couldn’t stop eating them. I even asked for copyright permission to record it for VegItup haha! 😄
It just so happened to be Republic Day 🇮🇳 when we made it, and the colors reminded me of the Indian flag — which made it the perfect festive appetizer to record and share!
