Tom Yum Rasam with Rose Momos🌹🔥🥣

This fusion recipe is straight out of a Michelin-star moment—inspired by our unforgettable first anniversary dinner at Trèsind by Carnival in Dubai. The entire menu was art on a plate, but one dish truly stood out: North-style momos in a South-style rasam. Unbelievable combo? YES. But it worked so beautifully.

With Valentine’s Day around the corner, I had to recreate it for VegItup—and of course, with my own twist:
