Golden Moti Parfait

This recipe came to life during one of my most cherished times—when my mommy and pops visited us in New York. With the Puramate package in hand and festive feels in the air, we decided to brainstorm something fun, rich, and unforgettable.

My mom, being the incredible cook that she is, always sets the bar high for me—she challenges every idea I plan to post, pushing me to find that “wow” factor. And when I shared this motichoor parfait concept with her, she lit up! Daddy, too, was instantly sold—because, of course, motichoor is happiness.

We made just one glass, layered with crunchy biscuits, velvety rabdi, and motichoor magic—and the four of us shared it, savoring every bite like it was gold. It felt rich, royal, and festive, and yes—very filling! The biscuit layer was a surprise hero, perfectly balancing the richness with a subtle crunch.

It turned out to be such a showstopper that we served it in cute shot glasses for our big Vegitup family party—on both sides of the family! Let’s just say, motichoor met modern in the most magical way that night. 💫
