🍌🍞 This recipe holds a special place in my heart—truly inspired by one of my closest friends who runs BatterUpNewport in Jersey City. Her banana bread? Absolute magic. It’s one of those classics where one slice is never enough!
Watching her whip up incredible bakes pushed me to recreate this iconic favorite—with my own little twist. I wanted it to be just as cozy and delicious, but with a few wholesome tweaks I believed in:
✨ Honey instead of refined sugar
✨ Whole wheat flour instead of all-purpose
Now I know “healthy” is subjective—and let’s be real, desserts deserve their joy without judgment! Especially for someone like me with a serious sweet tooth 😄
This version of banana bread became an instant hit—not just with my family and friends, but even online. It gained me so many saves and follows, but most importantly, messages from fellow eggless bakers saying it worked perfectly for them!
If you’re looking for a go-to dessert that’s eggless, comforting, and beautifully moist—this is the one to bookmark. One slice in… and it might just be your new favorite too 💛🍌
