This recipe goes way back to the early days of VegItUp—one of my first 2–3 creations! I initially made them using bread slices cut with a bowl into little circles and was all set to post… until my di and mommy stepped in as my toughest critics. Let’s just say—they rejected it for not being “wow” enough for my launch recipes 😅
But that’s what moms are for, right? Their honest feedback and high standards gave me the push to level up. I went all out—got myself proper circle cutters for that perfect base, re-recorded the recipe, and added a twist of mint mayo on top.
The result? These crispy, cute pizza discs became the perfect evening snack, and my partner and I couldn’t stop munching on them! 🌈🍕
